Making the choice to be thankful, when our minds and emotions are wanting to settle in the reality of our situation is harder said than done.
The act of making a positive choice and acting on it even when your emotions are saying something else is the key to overcoming the negativity that may surround us.

Today I choose to be thankful for;
1. My life and God’s unending grace in it.
2. The love and companionship I share with my wife.
3. The trials of this moment that are building true character in me.
